Reconstructed an existing private road, establishing proper crown and ditch for drainage and installing compacted gravel surfacing to improve drivability and durability.

Bladed an access path and constructed a leveled pad to support a drilling rig for water well rework operations. The project provided safe, stable site conditions for efficient well access and equipment setup.

Removed existing concrete around the home to allow access for foundation repair, then reinstalled the driveway, sidewalks, and patio to their original layout and finish. The project restored full functionality and appearance to the property following structural repair.

Excavated around the home’s foundation, installed helical piers to lift and stabilize the structure, and added a perimeter and downspout drain system for improved water management. The foundation was then backfilled and compacted to restore site integrity.

Site preparation for the Red Grade Trailhead, including tree and vegetation clearing, mass grading, and construction of two parking lots and a new entrance road. Work also included placement and compaction of road base, installation of fencing, and setting of concrete parking blocks to complete the site.

Reconstructed an existing parking lot to improve functionality and drainage. Work included establishing new drainage systems, installing compacted gravel surfacing, and expanding the lot to increase capacity.

Installed 24-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) to manage stormwater flow, providing a reliable and durable solution for long-term drainage needs.

Installed new piping and manholes to expand and strengthen the city’s sewer and water system, ensuring reliable infrastructure and improved service capacity for the community.

Completed installation of all underground piping systems connecting metering buildings and pump stations, including the addition of fire hydrants and all associated valving to ensure full functionality and reliability.

Installed 12,000 feet of volcanic ash line steel pipe designed to transfer highly abrasive materials and waste, ensuring a durable and efficient system built to withstand demanding conditions.

Connected a rural subdivision to the city water supply by tapping into a 48-inch water main. In addition, installed the building and internal piping necessary to house and operate the metering system, ensuring reliable distribution and accurate measurement.

Completed installation of all new valves, hydrants, and fittings to optimize system flow, increase efficiency, and support future demand.

Constructed a slab-on-grade building designed to securely house rural fire equipment and support local emergency services.

Excavated the building site, prepared and poured the concrete foundation, and installed all associated piping in preparation for the placement of a prefabricated concrete building.

Excavated 12 feet of soil surrounding the water tank to prevent pressure from compromising the steel structure. Following the excavation, we reinforced the integrity of the tank by resealing all nuts and bolts with industrial-grade epoxy, ensuring long-term durability and performance.

Completed reconstruction of the ash pond, enhancing storage capacity and optimizing performance for long-term operation.
